One building. Ours.
Olympus is hosted on Olympus Legal Systems’ own private fleet. You log in through a browser. Your client documents stay in our building for storage and processing; results return to you. They never go to a big-tech model provider and are never used for training.

Before client onboarding
Security needs specifics.
Hosted access requires documented user and firm isolation, access controls, encryption and key management, backup and restoration procedures, incident response, and retention terms. This draft does not establish that those controls have been independently tested or certified.
Contact form
Keep enquiries separate from client work.
The access form sends contact details to Formspree. Use a general description of your practice. Do not submit client documents, privileged information or matter details through that form.
Retention
The record keeps its history.
Alexandria, records, is a never-delete matter record: sources retain their provenance as the matter develops. The contractual retention schedule, backup treatment and post-account retention periods have not yet been published. Those terms must be supplied before client onboarding.
Deletion
Make the boundary explicit.
A never-delete working record is distinct from an account closure or deletion request. The deletion process, timing, exceptions and treatment of backups are pending publication. This page makes no promise of immediate erasure or a specific deletion period.
